Request Account & Data Deletion
If you want to stop using KitchenPro Service, you can request to delete your account and your data. Please read the details below before you submit your request.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- You will lose access to your profile, wallet history, and active bookings.
- You will forfeit any unused wallet balances.
- We will permanently delete your name, email, phone number, and profile picture from our database.
- We will anonymize your service and transaction history, or keep it only as required by law.
Before you request deletion:
We recommend that you download any active receipts or service reports for your records. Once we delete your account, our support team cannot retrieve this information for you.
If you have a remaining wallet balance, please contact our support team first. We can help you request a refund of your funds before you close your account. Once the account is gone, all remaining funds are lost permanently.
