A 2 metre LPG hose (gas pipe) that carries gas from the regulator on the cylinder to your gas stove. Our supplier lists it as a Sidhartha Rubber hose; Sidhartha Rubber makes the orange Suraksha LPG hose. The hose in the photo is orange.
Replace a hose when it is cracked, hard, sticky, cut or burnt. A Suraksha hose also carries a printed 'Change before' date, and HP Gas and Indian Oil advise changing it every 5 years.
