Preethi's burner knob (Preethi part 49000193) for Preethi gas stoves. It has a round metal-finish face, a black pointer and a pale green PUSH label with an arrow, as in the photo.
The knob turns the gas valve to control the flame. Replace it when it is cracked, slips on the spindle, or does not turn the valve smoothly. If the valve itself is stiff, have it serviced and do not force it.
