Preethi's dry grinding blade with its knob, 18 mm type (Preethi part 41001530). It is a two-wing stainless steel blade with bent wing tips, fitted with a black hexagonal knob marked M, as in the photo.
A dry grinding blade is used for spices, masala powders and other dry grinding. Replace it when it is blunt, bent or loose, or powders stay coarse.
