Preethi's dry grinding blade with its knob, the Dry Plus type (Preethi part 41001467). It is a four-wing stainless steel blade, two blades crossed with their tips bent. It is fitted with a black hexagonal knob marked M, as in the photo.
A dry grinding blade is used for spices, masala powders and other dry grinding. Preethi files it under its Chef Pro, Eco Plus and Popular ranges. Replace it when it is blunt, bent or loose, or powders stay coarse.
