Preethi's 2.4 ampere overload cut-out for Preethi mixer grinders. Preethi lists this part as CUT OUT-2.4 AMP (41000043). It is a grey Ajay circuit breaker with a red reset button on a threaded neck and two spade terminals, as in the photo.
The cut-out is the overload protector under the base. If the jar is overloaded, it trips and stops the motor. Preethi's manuals say: switch off, remove some of the load, wait 3 to 5 minutes, then press the red knob under the base. Replace it when it trips at light loads or will not reset.
