Preethi's dome lid for Blue Leaf jars (Preethi part 41000412). It is the small, clear, leaf-shaped lid for the top of the jar's dome, as in the photo. Preethi's own photo of this part is the same, and Preethi lists it under its Blue Leaf spares.
Replace it when it is cracked or broken, no longer sits firmly in the dome, or is lost.
