Preethi's 1.25 litre stainless steel jar for the Preethi Blue Leaf Platinum Upgrade (MG 139) mixer grinder. It has a blue handle with a white tip and a blue base, as in the photos. A four-wing stainless steel blade sits at the bottom of the jar.
The Platinum comes with a bigger stainless steel jar, this 1.25 litre jar, a 1.5 litre super extractor and a 0.4 litre chutney jar. Replace this jar when it is dented or leaks at the base, or the blade no longer grinds well.
Check before you order: our photos show the jar without a lid. Preethi also makes a 1.25 litre accessory jar with a white handle (MGA 511), which fits the Platinum and 12 other Preethi models.
A replacement jar restores a mixer to full use without touching the motor unit. Jars are matched to the drive and the base thread, not to the brand alone.
