A black jar holder for 1.5 litre Ultra mixer jars: the plastic collar at the bottom of the big jar, which sits on the mixer body. As in the photos, it has a lug with a hole on one side and a ring of screw holes round the centre.
Replace it when it is cracked or broken, the lug has snapped, or the jar no longer seats firmly on the mixer.
