Vidiem's 30 mm bush holder for the jars of its commercial mixer grinders, Vidiem part no. FG-SP0014-AA. Vidiem's pack names it Bush Holder commercial (30mm).
It is screwed into the bottom of the jar and holds the blade shaft in a bronze bush. The photos show a triangular metal plate with three screw holes and a black seal round the edge. Replace it when the jar leaks from underneath, the shaft has play, or the blade drags or rattles.
