About this part
- Fits Prestige stainless steel Alpha cookers, senior size
- Two screws included; two holes at the back
- Comes in Prestige's own box
- Prestige part no. 60604
Prestige's two-screw side handle (auxiliary handle) in the senior size, for stainless steel Alpha cookers such as the Deluxe Alpha. The Prestige box reads Auxiliary Handle for SS Alpha with 2 Screws - Senior, suitable for all SS Alpha pressure cookers.
This is the short helper handle on the cooker body, across from the long handle. Change it when it cracks, burns or keeps working loose.
Check before you order: there is also a junior size (Prestige 60603), and Prestige's box does not say which cooker sizes take which. Hold your old handle against the photos and check that the two screw holes line up. The two screws come in the box.
A cracked handle on a hot vessel is a burn waiting to happen. Handles are bolted on, so a swap takes minutes and restores full use.

Prestige Aux Handles SS Alpha 2 Holes SR — questions we get asked
How much is the Aux Handles SS Alpha 2 Holes SR?
₹55, and that is what you pay — the amount is restated before you confirm and nobody re-prices it after opening the appliance. Fitting, if you want it, is quoted separately and agreed first.
Will it fit my pressure cooker?
Gasket size follows the cooker litre capacity, not the brand alone. Check the number stamped on the base of your cooker before you order. WhatsApp a photo of the appliance and of the failed part, and we will confirm the match before you pay for anything.
Do I have to book a technician to buy it?
No — buy the handle on its own if you are confident fitting it. If you would rather not, book a pressure cooker visit and the technician arrives with it, so the repair finishes in one trip.
How soon can I have it in Bangalore?
It is in stock in Bengaluru. Parts we hold locally usually reach a job the same day, and most repairs booked against them close within 12 hours across the city.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. This part invoices under HSN 39269099, and a GST invoice is raised for the order — which is what a technician or a dealer buying for a workshop needs.
