Ultra's gasket for the small Ultra Duracook Triply pressure cookers. Ultra's 'duracook triply' pack says it suits all 2 litre and 3 litre models.
The ring is translucent, and our supplier lists it as a silicone gasket. It fits in the lid rim and seals the cooker so it can build pressure. Change it when steam escapes from the lid edge, the cooker takes longer to whistle, or the ring has torn, stretched or become loose.
Check before you order: Triply cookers of 3.5 to 8 litre take the bigger Junior version. The black Duracook Mini gasket is a separate part for the Duracook.
