A tap for the storage tank of an RO water purifier. Our supplier lists it as the Cant type, regular. As in the photo, it is white with a blue lever on top and a blue dust cap on a ring for the spout. It fits through the tank wall on a threaded shank, held by a washer and a lock nut.
Replace the tap when it drips, leaks where it meets the tank, the lever does not spring back, or the body is cracked.
