Panasonic's roller assembly for Panasonic wet grinders, X0 version, Panasonic part no. AUF83-151-X0. As in the photo, it is the white roller holder with two grooved grinding stones, one on each side, on a steel axle.
The stones roll on the stone base of the drum and grind the soaked rice and dal. Replace the assembly when the stones are chipped, cracked or worn smooth and the batter stays coarse, or when the holder is cracked.
