This is the compact wet-profile blade used for coconut chutney, tomato chutney, pudina and coriander chutney, ginger-garlic paste and small masala batches. Made from food-grade stainless steel, the blade is hardened and edge-ground for a sharp cut that grinds small quantities fine and even. The precision-machined spindle and mounting nut give a tight, wobble-free seat on the jar base — no rattling, no leakage from the bottom and no play against the coupler. Fit this if your existing chutney blade is blunt, bent, rusted, loose on the spindle or has stripped threads. A worn blade is usually why chutney comes out coarse and grainy no matter how long you run the jar. Supplied as a single blade with spindle assembly.
