Futura's sealing ring for the Futura (Hawkins) pressure cookers of 3.5 to 7 litres, code F10-16, in Futura's own box.
The ring goes around the inside rim of the lid and seals the lid to the body under pressure. Change it when steam escapes around the lid, the cooker takes much longer to reach pressure, or the ring has hardened, cracked or stretched.
Check before you order: the 7 litre Jumbo is the exception; it takes O70-16, the ring it shares with the 9 litre. The 2 litre takes F05-16 and the 3 litre takes F40-16. The capacity is marked on your cooker.
