Stahl's food-grade silicone gasket, 220 mm, for the larger Xpress tri-ply cookers. The size box on the Stahl pack lists the 3.5 litre pan (9223), the 5 litre Broad (9215), the 5 litre Belly (9275), the 6 litre (9226) and the 8 litre (9218).
It is the ring that seals the lid, so the cooker can reach pressure. A new one is needed when steam leaks around the lid, the whistle is slow, or the old ring is hard, split or slack.
Check before you order: the 5 litre Tall is different and takes the 200 mm ring. Look for the B.No. on your cooker: this ring is for numbers ending 9223, 9215, 9275, 9226 or 9218.
