The lid handle for Vinod Platinum pressure cookers, in Vinod's box marked Platinum. It is moulded with the Vinod name and Close and Open arrows, and a screw, washer and square nut come with it.
This is the grip on the lid; the arrows show the turning direction for closing and opening. Fit a new one when the old handle is cracked, burnt or no longer holds tight.
