Panasonic's MX-AV325CAP chutney jar with pusher attachment: a 0.4 litre stainless steel jar with a fixed blade, and a lid with a hand-turned pusher. While grinding, you turn the pusher to bring back what sticks to the jar and lid. Our photos show the black version.
Panasonic's box says it suits only Panasonic super mixer grinders with the child safety lock system. Aalap lists it for the MX-216E, MX-113E and MX-116E.
Aalap gives the capacity as 400 ml in total and 200 ml working, with an SS 304 stainless steel jar. The blade is fixed; do not try to take it apart.
Check before you order: on these mixers you lock the jar lid first, then the jar. The AC-300CA chutney jar for the MX-AC series is a different jar.
A replacement jar restores a mixer to full use without touching the motor unit. Jars are matched to the drive and the base thread, not to the brand alone.
