As printed on Panasonic's box, it fits these Panasonic super mixer grinders: MX-AC555, MX-AC400, MX-AC350, MX-AC310, MX-AC300, MX-AC250, MX-AC220 and MX-AC210.
Aalap gives the capacity as 400 ml in total and 200 ml working. The blade is fixed in the jar; do not try to take it apart.
