Description: Replacement aluminium bush plate assembly for Deluxe, Deluxe New, Deluxe Plus, Supra and New Type mixer grinders. The bush plate is the die-cast plate mounted on the motor housing that carries the bearing bush and supports the motor shaft where it passes up to the jar coupler — the part that takes the full load and vibration of grinding. Cast from aluminium alloy with a machined bush seat, this assembly restores correct shaft alignment and eliminates the play that develops as the original bush wears. Supplied as a complete plate assembly with bush fitted, so alignment is set at the factory and no separate pressing or reaming is needed on site. Fit this if the motor is noisy or humming, the jar coupler wobbles or grinds unevenly, the shaft has developed side play, or oil is leaking from the top of the motor housing. Worn bush plates are the usual cause of shaft seizure and burnt windings if left unattended, so replacing early saves the motor. Sold as a complete bush plate assembly.
