Vidiem's big dome gasket for 1.5 litre jars, Vidiem part no. FG-SP0050-AA. It is the black sealing ring round the rim of the dome lid.
A good ring keeps the lid firm on the jar, so batter and soup do not spill while the mixer runs. Replace it when liquid seeps out under the lid, the lid lifts or turns during grinding, or the ring is loose, split or hard.
