Vidiem's big dome gasket for 0.75 litre and 1 litre jars, in Vidiem's own spares pack. It is the black sealing ring round the rim of the dome lid.
It stops batter, chutney and liquid escaping from under the lid while the mixer runs. A new ring is due when the lid leaks or will not stay tight, or the old ring has stretched, torn or turned hard.
Check before you order: the pack reads Dome Gasket Big 0.75/1.0 L. The 1.5 litre big gasket (FG-SP0050-AA), the 0.5 litre gasket and the commercial gaskets are different sizes.
