Bergner's silicone gasket for the 1.5 litre Argent Avinash, Bergner's tri-ply stainless steel inner lid pressure cooker.
The gasket is the sealing ring on the rim of the lid; it seals the cooker so it can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks from around the lid, the whistle takes much longer than before, or the ring has gone hard, cracked, stretched or loose.
Check before you order: this ring is for the 1.5 litre only. The 2.5 litre (SPR-138) and the 3.5 and 5 litre (SPR-137) Argent Avinash take other gaskets. It is a translucent white ring in Bergner's pack, part no. SPR-139.
