The lid handle for Pigeon aluminium pressure cookers of the Junior size (supplier item: ALUMINUM COOKER HANDLE - LID JUNIOR). The one in the photos is a long black handle with a rounded end. It is hollow underneath, with a screw point near the rounded end and a stepped end that meets the lid.
You hold this handle to put the lid on and lift it off. Replace it when it is cracked, burnt or loose, and do not use a cooker whose lid handle wobbles.
