Tramontina's fusible safety valve for the Aeion+ tri-ply outer lid pressure cookers. Tramontina's box names it the Aeion+ Universal Fusible Safety Valve.
A fusible safety valve is a back-up. If the cooker overheats and the pressure is not let out through the whistle, it gives way and releases the steam. Once it has done that, it must be replaced before the cooker is used again.
Check before you order: the photo shows a threaded valve body with a centre hole, a nut with one flat side, a clear washer and four small grey discs. If the safety valve lets steam out while you cook, turn off the flame and let the cooker cool fully before you open it.
