Moulded from high-grip anti-skid rubber that holds the mixer firmly on the countertop during heavy grinding, stopping the body from walking or sliding when the jar is running at full speed with a heavy load. The resilient rubber compound also absorbs motor vibration, cutting down running noise and protecting the countertop from scratches and marks. Oil and heat resistant construction keeps the grip firm and prevents the leg from hardening, flattening or crumbling with age. Replace when the existing legs are worn flat, cracked, missing, or when the mixer has started sliding, rocking or vibrating loudly on the platform — worn legs also let vibration travel into the motor mount over time. Simple push-fit or screw-in installation depending on the model. Recommended to replace all four legs together for a level, stable base.
