Bergner's body handle for the 1 litre Argent Classic, the smallest of Bergner's tri-ply stainless steel outer lid cookers. The Bergner box says 'Suitable for Argent 1 Ltr'.
This is the long Bakelite handle you hold the cooker by. It has a metal collar at the cooker end, ribs beside the collar and a hollow channel underneath, and it comes with two screws and two washers. A handle that is cracked, charred or wobbly should be replaced.
Check before you order: the 1.5 litre Argent Classic takes SPR-199, and the 2.5 litre and larger take SPR-208. Bergner lists this 1 litre handle as SPR-178.
