Butterfly's small ATB lid handle for its stainless steel outer-lid pressure cookers. As printed on Butterfly's box, it fits the 2, 3, 5 and 5.5 litre stainless steel cookers and the 2 and 3.5 litre pressure pans.
It is the handle fixed on the lid, the one you hold to close and open the cooker. Replace it when it is cracked, burnt or chipped, or stays loose even with the screw tight.
Check before you order: the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre stainless steel cookers and the 4.5 litre pan take the big ATB lid handle instead. The body handle is a separate part. A screw and nut come with it, as in the photos.
A cracked or loose lid is a splash and a spill risk, and on a pressure appliance it stops the unit holding pressure at all.
