Ultra's gasket for the Ultra Duracook Triply pressure cookers of 3.5 to 8 litre. The pack, printed 'duracook triply', says it suits all 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 and 8 litre models.
It is a translucent ring, which our supplier lists as silicone. It sits in the rim of the lid and seals it so the cooker can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks around the lid, the whistle is slow to come, or the ring is torn, stretched or loose.
Check before you order: the 2 and 3 litre Duracook Triply takes the Mini version of this gasket. The black rubber Duracook Junior gasket is a different part, packed for the Duracook.
