Bergner's lid handle for the Pura stainless steel outer lid cooker, the model our supplier calls Pura Straight. The Bergner pack says all sizes of the Pura, and Bergner lists them as 1.5, 2, 3.5, 5 and 6.5 litre.
It is the long handle on the lid. This one is black Bakelite and tapered, with a channel underneath, and it comes with two long screws, as in the photo. Replace it when it is cracked, burnt or loose, or when it no longer lines up with the body handle.
Check before you order: it is not for the belly-shaped Pura Globe. The Pura Globe and the Trimax share a different lid handle, SPR-110. This one is Bergner part no. SPR-109.
A cracked or loose lid is a splash and a spill risk, and on a pressure appliance it stops the unit holding pressure at all.
