A compatible rubber gasket, sold under the Orange name, for the Orange Platina and Smart series outer lid pressure cookers of 2 litre and 3 litre. The pack reads 'Suitable For 2 & 3 Litres'.
It is the sealing ring in the lid. When it wears, steam leaks around the lid and the cooker takes longer to whistle; replace it then, or when the ring has hardened, cracked or stretched.
Check before you order: this ring is for the 2 and 3 litre only. The 5 litre, and the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre, have their own Orange packs. It is a black ring printed with the ISI mark.
