A compatible silicone gasket, sold under the Orange name, for 2 litre and 3 litre stainless steel outer lid pressure cookers. The sticker reads 'Silicon rubber gasket for stainless steel pressure cooker (Suitable for 2/3 Litres)'.
This ring seals the lid to the cooker. Fit a new one when steam hisses out at the lid, the cooker is slow to whistle, or the ring has gone hard, split or slack. The pack says it is only for outer lid cookers.
