Pigeon's rubber sealing ring (gasket) for its 2 litre and 3 litre aluminium pressure cookers. One ring fits both sizes.
The gasket sits in the rim of the lid and seals it, so the cooker can build pressure. Replace it when steam leaks from the edge of the lid, the whistle takes much longer than before, or the ring has gone hard, cracked, stretched or loose.
Check before you order: this ring is only for Pigeon aluminium cookers of 2 and 3 litre. Pigeon's packed gasket for its 2 and 3 litre aluminium outer-lid cookers is called Mini and measures 190 mm across. The 5 litre aluminium cookers take a bigger ring, and Pigeon's stainless steel cookers have their own gaskets.
