Hawkins' Baby Gasket for stainless steel cookers (code BGSS). As printed on the pack, it fits the Hawkins Stainless Steel 2 litre and 3 litre (Tall), the 3 litre Stainless Steel Contura and the 2.5 litre Tri-Ply Stainless Steel pressure cookers.
Replace it when steam leaks from the edge of the lid, the cooker is slow to whistle, or the ring has gone hard, cracked or stretched.
