Butterfly's small RE body handle. As printed on Butterfly's box, it fits the 2 and 3 litre Standard aluminium outer-lid pressure cookers.
It is the long handle fixed to the cooker body, the one you hold to lift and move the cooker. Replace it when it is cracked, burnt or chipped, or stays loose even with the screw tight. Never carry a full, hot cooker by a damaged handle.
Check before you order: the 5 litre Standard takes the big RE body handle, and the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre take the STD body handle. The lid handle is a separate part. A screw comes with it, as in the photos.
A cracked handle on a hot vessel is a burn waiting to happen. Handles are bolted on, so a swap takes minutes and restores full use.
