Butterfly's STD body handle. As printed on Butterfly's box, it fits the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre Standard aluminium outer-lid pressure cookers and the 5.5 litre pressure pan.
This is the long handle on the cooker body that takes the weight when you lift the cooker. Change it when it is cracked, burnt or chipped, or wobbles even after you tighten the screw. A full, hot cooker should never be lifted by a damaged handle.
Check before you order: the 2 and 3 litre Standard take the small RE body handle, and the 5 litre the big RE body handle. The lid handle is sold separately. Its screw and nut are in the box, as in the photos.
A cracked handle on a hot vessel is a burn waiting to happen. Handles are bolted on, so a swap takes minutes and restores full use.
