Butterfly's small ATB body handle. As printed on Butterfly's box, it fits the 2, 3, 5 and 5.5 litre stainless steel outer-lid pressure cookers and the 2 and 3.5 litre pressure pans.
It is the long grip fixed to the body, used to lift and carry the cooker. At the end that meets the cooker it has a steel plate, and a screw and nut come with it, as in the photos. Change it if it cracks, chips or scorches, or if it will not stay tight.
Check before you order: the 7.5, 10 and 12 litre cookers and the 4.5 litre pan take the big ATB body handle. The small ATB lid handle is a separate part.
A cracked handle on a hot vessel is a burn waiting to happen. Handles are bolted on, so a swap takes minutes and restores full use.
